Amir was GREAT! Being a woman who has limited understanding of how to fix stuff, he made me feel comfortable enough to just listen and follow his guidance. I’m thankful to have met him and had his support through my purchasing process! He also took time to SHOW me how to use my new tools and explain why I needed them.
