Terrible experience this morning 11/1 @ 11AM. Employee refused to give me his name for this review (wonder why). Wearing black hat, and black outfit. Came in to return parts I ordered online, because they didn't fit. First thing with and attitude the employee says "this is why we tell y'all to come into the store and not order online". Is that not why there is the fitting option on the website, to make sure it fits? Then my code for the return comes up as an error. He just looks at me and says "there is nothing I can do". I'd never visited an Auto Zone before, but as I was dealing with a dead 12-volt battery on my Prius hybrid, and as these guys at the 1960 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville NC location were conveniently close to where my crippled car was, I decided to give them a shot. Jordan, the manager, was more than helpful and cooperative.
