Yesterday was my last trip to auto zone ever. I paid for an item that was at a different store to save time. But no KELLI C. refused to give me the item I paid for & stated i would have to purchase the item again and go get a refund at the other location. This was totally unprofessional & an extreme hassle to deal with. I will never spend another dollar with auto zone again.
