Wow hitting people in the face after u sold them a wrong part. That's insane I hope that video blows up and everyone sees it. Then have the nerve to stand there and say no one saw it, well the iPhone did and u too now should loose ur job wow horrible mangers and training. No way to treat customers and poor customer service.
Just saw the Viral Video where the Manager Assaults a customer , the Mgr thought he broke the phone. Little did he know I phones have that backup so its captured. Shameful.to treat paying customers like that
