Garrett and another guy checked my battery and gave me a new one in a smooth 30 minutes. Garrett was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Give him a raise Auto Zone.
I'm not a car guy but I do know customer service. The guys working there tonight are awesome. My car was having starting issues and they checked it out. It ended up not starting due to alternator issues. Because I drive stick shift, they even helped me try to push start it. These guys actually pushed my car! (It didn't work, so I bought a jumper thing But still!) These guys went above and beyond!
