Jamal at the Rolesville store had the absolutely best customer service ever!
When I brought my vehicle to the Rolsesville store Saturday February 15th to have the battery checked the female clerk ( I did not get her name) immediately checked it and it was found to be faulty and needed to be replaced under warranty. Another employee, Dan R. then went above and beyond all expectations in removing the old battery with some difficulty because some of the posts had corroded and installing the new battery in the freezing cold. They are both a great asset to your company!
