Charles new guy lied right to me over the phone when I called and he said my brakes were showing up in system. I drive allt he way there for them to tell me the brakes DISAPPEARED sure it did. Tell me tough buy new brakes. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY NEW BRAKES WHEN I PURCHASED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON MINE. They are duralast and clearly their brand. Lied to me treated me like less than and I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AND PURCHASE A THING FROM THERE AND BOTH MEN THAT WERE ON THE CLOCK TONIGHT 10/19/2015 AT 7 PM SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!
