I just had the best "worst" experience at AutoZone, and it's all because of Timothy. My car suddenly lost power on the highway, and I managed to limp it about five miles to this AutoZone. As soon as I walked in, the entire team welcomed me, and Timothy immediately asked how he could help. He didn't just plug in the scanner and send me on my way. Great service
Yesterday I ask a newer employee for something for my daughter the newer employee ask another senior employee for advice the senior employee was rude to the younger employee I walked out because of how that employee was treated I will not be returning to that auto zone location I believe in fair treatment. No matter how busy your are you are never to busy to help a newer employee.
Found a good deal on a lawnmower battery. Workers are helpful and knowledgeable
