I purchased an alternater and the duralast brand battery at this store in sept. 06.The battery went bad. Took it back to the nearest autozone.They would not honor the warranty because I didnt remember the phone # we had at the time of purchase or they entered the wrong info at the time.Called this store and the manager whos name is Greg claimed I did not purchase it at his store.I took the credit card info with his store address on it to show the folks at the Kings Mountain Store.They still would not honor the warranty.My ad... read more
