Eric is knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a great experience for a return, no issues.
Nice and polite staff, parking is ample, store looks clean, three people available to assist customers.......... BUT tried to tell me they couldn't exchange or return the wheel cover that didnt fit my steering wheel! That they could only do store credit. When in fact I called earlier and they told me they could return it as long as I had my phone number. I give it two stars for miss information.
I visited AutoZone to purchase coolant and windshield wiper fluid for my Audi Q5. Inside the store, I asked an employee at the counter if someone could assist me with putting the products in my vehicle, but I was told they did not provide that service. Alem was very helpful in finding the wiper blades I needed for my car as I had struggled to find the correct ones. He fitted them as they were difficult to get off.
