I just had the best experience here. Erick S. was so helpful and very kind. I needed a new battery for my ride on mower. He helped me get the old one into the store , got me the right battery and made a couple of really helpful suggestions. After ringing me out he carried the new battery out to my car for me. You don't find find great customer service like this everywhere anymore. Thank you so much Erick!
I want to acknowledge how calm and collective Eric was with my father, I came in with my father Sunday the 12th and he was in a horrible mood nothing to do with our visit,But the employee was so on point and gave us the info we needed. It was kind of uncomfortable but I seen in the employees face he knew my dad was having a bad day. But he kept it professional and understanding. Thank you guys
