John and Barbee were so kind and helpful when my phone charger died in my car. John helped me with the fuse box and got me set up and able to recharge my phone. I would highly recommend their store if you are traveling and are in need of car help.
Went in to get a code read for indicator lights that come on to see what was going on. Both Dawson M. and Mike M. were very helpful and knowledgable in helping me placing an order for what I needed. I felt they went out of their way to help me and make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you guys for excellent customer service!!
Went in for a new battery for my wife’s car, Dawson was super helpful. Very honest and easy to work with, I ended up buying a battery for my car as well and he was a great help getting them installed. Just wanted to leave feedback on an uncomfortable situation. I just experienced at the AutoZone in Troutman, North Carolina. After being greeted inside by an associate and asked if I needed assistance (Which I politely declined), That same associate proceeded to follow me to where I was shopping and continue to bombard me with questions.
