The manager Derrick was very helpful. My car would not start for almost 3 weeks. I had multiple mechanics come by to take a look and was advised that I would need to take the car to a dealer. I took it to AutoZone in Huntersville, and he directed me to the root cause issue. What would have been a crazy expense was due to a faulty connection in my battery wiring. Thanks to Derrick, I’m mobile and saved at the same time!
I went in for a suspected bad auxiliary battery and received tremendous help and care. Eli knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to assess and fix the problem quickly and knowledgeably. I cannot sing Eli’s praises enough for his kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. I will be recommending this AutoZone location to everyone I know in the Huntersville area. I went in for a battery. The staff member showed me options online. I made a selection and was on my way. I also received a credit for returning the old battery. The store was well organized and clean. Today, I noticed a tree partially blocking the front signage for the store. It is directly across from Cook Out (on the right turning in from Statesville).
