RecommendedThe Huntersville Auto Zone has outstanding customer service. As a woman that is serious about restoring her 1984 CJ7 Jeep Wrangler. The staff always treat me with respect & dignity. They don’t talk down to me and they have a wealth of knowledge on purchasing the right part. I have been to many Auto Zone stores but this location is consistent with good customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible experience. Will not return and will go out of my way to buy parts elsewhere. I had terrible customer service. Was told they had 5 batteries in stock so I bought one. Come to find out that they had none in stock. Had to come back to have it put in and didn't make it back til 9:15 because I had a wedding to attend. When I walked in the manager said "wish you would have been here sooner, we are closing soon", as if it was I that inconvenienced him. Told him my husband … See more
