Rebecca was very helpful and very attentive!! She took time to look at my car and figure out what part I needed!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was a hundred percent satisfied!! I will definitely come back again!!!
I went to Auto Zone today and Rebecca helped me choose windshield wipers, getting the best bang for my buck. She then installed them for me. She's SO nice and definitely knows her stuff. This is a great store in Wake Forest!
All of the staff and the Store Manager Dustin at this location are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I came in with a bad battery and the team identified my issue, presented me with multiple options for a new battery, and I left with a new battery and they were even able to reprogram my new battery to my car for free! (Dealership will charge upwards of $100-$200 alone just for the reprogramming) will definitely be back!
Had a great experience with the manager Rebecca as she was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with providing everything needed and above with helping with the knowledge again with the prices of parts that was needed thank you Again with this experience… blessings in Jesus name ..
