Ordered part and paid overnight fee. Didn’t come in so they kept the overnight fee and just refunded me the part cost. Talk to manager she said that’s the policy. Kings Mountain Store.

We were traveling and had waterpump failure. Mari and Stephanie were both wonderful... Had the exact right fit parts and a tool program to aid in the removal of the part ..... Mari even asked if she could get us something to drink .... You don't find this level of service anymore .. Thanks for both of you girls being there that day
