Consistently have had bad experiences here. The workers have either been inexperienced (less their fault more training) Or downright rude. Most recently we Simply wanted to dispose of a car battery. The worker had my husband waiting there for 30mins while he typed on his computer. Would not tell him what he was doing and then when I entered to figure out what was going on was immediately very rude because I simply asked a question if we needed to sign something as we had no idea what was going on. This place is horrible got a new battery 06-21-2026 had a dead cell won't even exchange it. Manager put me on hold for 20 minutes had to hang up and call back to finally get a chance to talk to him, but he was no help. Going to Advance Auto never had any trouble with them .will never go back to Auto Zone.
