Jenny, mark and the other gentleman (whose name I did not get) were awesome. We had an issue with our AC not working as expected while we were in town on vacation. They helped us trouble shoot a couple of potential things that could have been the problem, and gave us an idea of where to begin! Jenny gave us some pointers on general maintenance checks which will prolong the life of our car over all. We are super appreciative and grateful - thank you for your help!
