I was having trouble with no power to my cigarette lighter and not getting power to use my new dash cameras. The clerk, John, checked the fuse and changed it out and discovered I had a tiny piece of paper down in the socket and that is why it wasn't getting power. John had waited on me before when my older car was cutting out and he check my car for a code for my mechanic so he would know what part I would be needing. John is a good person to have on your side. My mechanic ended up getting my needed part from them.
Excellent Wonderful customer service!
