My battery died in walking distance from hear and needed a Jumpstart to get home and the manager would not lend it to me Ihad to keep walking a little further and they did lend it to me in the advance auto down the road from here.
I took my car to this location when my battery light came on and asked them to check my alternator. They replaced the battery and refused to check the alternator! Now my vehicle want crank! I have to get it towed! What was done was illegal sales an discrimination. Now am left to pay to get my car towed bc you refuse to hire people that will do what the customer ask for. This could have all been taken care off! I have no problem paying for what I need. This tow fee is strictly due to incompetence racist negligence!!!
