Guy wouldn't even check if they had an item for me but made me drive all the way up there to check myself. Lazy behavior for someone getting paid to do simple tasks
Why is your server conveniently "down" every weekend? I can't even get the part I need. I called customer support and they were basically like, "oh well, too bad". They told me they can't order a part and have it sent to the store, only the local store manager can do that. She refused to acknowledge what I was telling her about the server.
They stopped carrying my antifreeze. All their Rock Hill stores stock it.
People are so nice!!! Great customer service
