Get employees or you won’t have no business and stop shutting the store down
Was sold a dirty old used part. They refunded the return and I understand mistakes happen, boxes aren't always checked, etc.... but this has left a sour taste in my mouth atm. Went to O'Reilly's and got the part afterwards. I prefer AutoZone yet, now I'm going to be in-store checking everything I buy from now on. Shame.
I just went into this location looking for an exhaust fitting. An older gentleman sitting behind the counter was carrying on a conversation with a friend standing there while I was waiting. Once his friend Left the store the associate behind the counter got up and walked away without asking me if I needed help. The young lady that was their helped another gentleman that came in after.
