it was 9pm and my car died. I could merely make to reaching the store on Jackson Road Ann Arbor. Thank God they were still open! Steve and Morgan helped me find the battery, and were so nice to help me replace it. They truly saved my whole week to come with peace in mind! They are so professional and extremely kind!
Terrible customer service. The old man who is working there is the laziest person. He does minimum, stops younger associate to help other customers, telling customers lies like we are too busy or we are low on staff and cant help you. The store in fact was empty. The old man should be fired. Terrible terrible terrible. Not coming back and not recommending this store to anyone!

By far the laziest associates ive come across at an autozone. I’ve had employees offer to stay late (to which ive declined unless it took 5 minutes or less,) i’ve had employees offer to fix my issue for free, i’ve had excellent service from all other autozones i went to. This one in particular started their closing process early and i walked in 7 minutes to close. All i needed was a ratchet and to find and purchase my ratchet would have taken less then 5 minutes.
