I just wanted to share the excellent experience and how well I was treated by Montana. I've always been autozone. Customer, but this was beyond Common courtesy. He Let me return on expensive light bulb.That was defective and then referred me to The new firestone store where brittany took care of me and helped me put the light bulb in which required four hands to accomplish.
They never have the parts you need. They all act like they are busy when they aren't doing anything but standing around. Half of them do not know what they are doing in there
People in there seem to know nothing about cars and can never get the computers figured out. They also never have simple basic parts in stock. Pickney and Chelsea always have everything in stock and funny helpful staff unlike the one on jackson road.
