Awesome customer service! Only auto parts store I shop at! Absolute best store manager, Paulina!!
After having to walk through a cloud of nasty smoke to enter the building, the manager was to busy *smoking her cigarettes* to help the very inexperienced elderly man who could not figure out simple warranty information. I only go here for the simple brake pad warranties. Ended up having to purchase the same $80 set of pads i have just so I can get on about my day.. called another store on my way home who figured it all out in about 45 seconds..
They have Really good customer service, and i would recommend coming here for help when it comes to your vehicles.
Great people! Phil came out in the cold to replace my windshield wipers and rear wiper. He was also knowledgeable about the cabin and engine filters. I purchased them, brought them home, put them in, and they fit and worked like a charm!! Thanks again, Phil!
