the worst experience with this location. The customer service is poor don’t know how to talk to customer. I went yesterday and the lady was so rude with me.
I have visited this location a handful of times now and the workers are consistently not able to answer car questions. They have been unable to help in any car maintenance issue I've had. Go just across the street and there is a shop that is knowledgeable and will help you out!
The gentleman who initially helped me was good, but he was alone so he was unable to help me replace the driver side head light. I explained Levert said he would assist me. The gentleman asked me to come back at 2pm and I did, I was happy to see there were two men surely one could help since Levert wasn’t there. I was asked to wait which was fine.
