Employee wouldn't help, older woman with blonde shoulder length curly hair and glasses, I told her I didnt know what I was looking for and I needed help, she just pointed me to a corner and said if it's there they have it. Very rude and unprofessional.
This location has some of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff that can guide you to the right purchase the first try and if you're wrong on what part you thought you needed they will help correct your mess up like they did with me
I went in today to get 1 new windshield wiper blade because of the clarity issue I was having on drivers side. I was greeted by an amazing woman who treated me with that kindness from a REAL person. She looked up my info for vehicle, put wiper blade on and WOW what a difference. To this amazing woman thank you. Sorry I didnt remember your name. Oh and when I signed up for an account she shook my hand and said welcome to the family. It goes a long way. Pure respect and kindness.
I broke down in their parking and the most sweetest lady I’ve met helped me figure it out the best way, her name is Kendra. I had a flat tire on a box truck with no spare and it was on a Sunday where everywhere is closed and she asked her husband to drive me to a Firestone 20 minutes away to pick up the tire with me. The most helpful and nicest woman I’ve met in my 25 years of life.
