Stopped in on a dreary miserable day on a road trip after my windshield wiper developed a streak. The worker, Tanner, helped direct me to the windshield wipers, was very friendly and made pleasant small talk when he saw I wasn't local, and even helped me install the new windshield wipers in the rain. Fantastic customer service and Tanner is an amazing employee and made a stop to a random AutoZone a bright spot on a rainy day full of driving.
Not my usual store but needed wiper blades. Salesperson was not very knowledgeable about them. I am glad I did research before I stopped. He did install them and they work great.
Fantastic service, help and advice today from Alex and Stephen. I bought a used car that reeked of weed and I came in for an air filter. They told me I needed a cabin air filter , not the one that's changed by the oil filter place. I was so grateful. I didn't know how to install it so Alex was so very kind and knowledgeable that he did it for me! Then Stephen suggested a can of Ozone and told me how to use it. Gotta say, I never leave reviews. As I was driving down the road, I tried to clear my wiper blade and it snapped right off! AutoZone was right up the road so I pulled in. Steve was so kind and helpful! He found me the size that I needed and even came out to put it on for me in the middle of a snowstorm! I couldn’t get the old piece out so he brought a screwdriver out and got me back on the road within minutes. Customer service was incredible. I will definitely be back. What a nice guy!
Steve was so wonderful even though it was super cold out. He still came out and changed my battery 10 out of 10. Thank you Steve Bueller!!
