There’s a new employee Doug at the store . I went in the man is very rude and condescending. He doesn’t get up and help customers . There were 5 of us waiting and only one staff was working counter. This Mann was asked to help and when he did he was very rude.
I don’t usually leave reviews but after my last visit I felt compelled to. I had the pleasure to be helped by Roy. Roy went above and beyond to assure I had a pleasant experience. His costumer service was fantastic. I’ve never had a better visit to AutoZone. Thank you ROY.
Nice and clean. Knowledgeable staff.
