Truly enjoyed the excellent service Holly auto zone gave. They were friendly and patient most definitely keen what they were doing. Marco is the man. The entire staff and service was phenomenal.
I went here because I was doing my first oil change and when I said that an employee went out of their way to help get me all the things I would need to do it. And since I had no were else to do the oil change I did it in the parking lot and the same employee came out got under my car with me and coached me through the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience if I could give 10 stars I would.
It’s never fun when car issues arise, especially when you have to deal them after work. Jack got me in and out, and all set with a new battery in just a few minutes. Thanks again Jack!
