Ray was super helpful went out of his way to help me out a little extra
The laziest employees had yet another employee, this time a manager, lied about being able to look up customer receipts. I've had employees tell me they didn't carry struts for my car until I showed them the parts on their website. Hopefully a regional can step in and get this stor under control.
It's hard shopping at the Holly location. They only have kids with no idea about cars that work there.
Raymond is super helpful and knowledgeable always ready to lend a hand .
