Was having a really bad day and almost broke down about my rear windshield wiper on my SUV of all things. The guys working were so unbelievably sweet and took care of putting it on for me. Its the simple things sometimes! Thanks guys!
Customer service terrible. Had an order for small bolt they couldn't find it. Finally found it and while checking me out she answers the phone and proceeds to help a customer on the phone wth questions and looking up product for him as I'm waiting to pay. You have a customer standing right in front of u waiting to pay and u make them wait instead of phone call. Need better training.
