They went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful.
Called to see if they could install a battery based on make and model, was told no I’d have to come in for that. Ok, I’ll be there in 30 minutes, can someone look at it then and install it if it’s a model you do install? You’d have to come in, I can’t tell you that. I’m leaving and I don’t know if anyone will be here to do it. This was at 4:45, they’re open till 9. Hard pass.
I never leave comments or reviews, but I have found myself telling multiple people about the amazing customer service I received and witnessed at this store. I had a dead battery that I could not figure out if there was an issue with it or if it was simply drained. With the battery services there, it was a no brainer to stop in and get diagnostics done and get the charge completed, but a simple convenience of service offering would not be enough to compel me to write a review.
