So the commercial side in this store needs to be all fired. When one of the largest auto shops orders one gasket and then has to wait an hour just to be told an excuse about not having a driver We tend to get a little pissed off and we will quit ordering from you people.
I had a great experience at the Mount Morris AutoZone thanks to Dennis! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the correct spark plugs for our Jeep. He made the whole process quick and easy, and his customer service was outstanding. It’s always nice to deal with someone who’s patient and genuinely wants to help. Thanks again, Dennis!
