Went on July 19th 2026 to get help locating a new set of lugnuts I wait in line as one of the team members is on the phone while the other is helping a customer I step away for a minute and come back to the counter as I tried looking for it myself I get back in line now both team members are having a friendly conversation with the customer which cool I understand but I’m waiting in the line by myself and then when they finish with him they allow someone that walked into the store after me to cut me in line as if I was never ... read more
Just bought a battery from them and they installed it for me. Both Tim M and James were very polite to me and so helpful! The entire process was way faster than I thought it would be. Both Tim and James were informative and professional. I’m glad I came to this autozone. Plus, I spent less than I thought I would which is always a plus!

I brought my Tahoe in during a rainstorm because my wipers would not turn on. My son needed to borrow the Tahoe to leave to drive to Indiana to propose to his girlfriend within an hour. The worker that helped me was AMAZING. He helped me figure out the problem and had me on my way in only 15 minutes. It was a corroded fuse. Thank you Auto Zone!!!!
