I walked into the Dover NJ store and asked for a free diagnostic check engine light. After driving ten minutes to get to the store, the store manager with a bewildered face said, you have to wait 45 minutes. Getting a diagnostic read take less than 5 minutes. He never apologized. It does not make sense that he expect a customer to wait 45 minutes for a diagnostic read? I drove down the block to Advance Auto Parts and they did it less than 2 minutes. It is total BS! Never going to this Store!
Called for a K&N Air Filter on a Saturday. Said it would be there next day to pick up. Thought that was great. Drove the whole way to Dover and part wasn't there. Clifton store did not send it. Don't bother... they didn't...
