Rude I don't think that I have ever been treated so rudely in my life. When I took my car there and explained what was wrong and what I thought needed fixed; they told me I was wrong and talked down to me like I was 5 years old. The guy actually told me not to waste my money by having them check it. Luckily, I took their advice and went elsewhere. Turns out what I thought was wrong was actually right. If you are looking for good customer service this is definitely not the place for you
candis Omg now I don't have to pay a few hundred bucks to get my AC to work in my car at a shop. Auto Zone has the stuff and the awesome staff to help me out every summer from now on!!! Great staff, great products and great customer service!!! I felt like I hit the lotto!
Couldn't have been nicer!! I have been into this location many times. Being female and not "in the know" about cars, they have always been very patient, helpful and take the time to explain things. They even offered to install my new windshield wipers for me! You don't get that kind of customer service just anywhere! They are the BEST!!
Incompetant Repeated screw ups by store in providing the correct parts. Store had a "not my problem" attitude and blamed their suppliers.... Will never go back to this location again.
