I arrived at this store Sunday morning around 10 , the store manger Carlos was helping me look for my oil filter . He assured me they had not one filter in stock that would fit my car! I called back to the store spoke with Wyatt , to order the oil filter to have by 4pm . Wyatt told me the filter was in stock ! I asked if he was sure ? he put me on hold and came back and told me yes he had the filter in his hand ! Came in, had no real idea what I needed and thank goodness Clark came to my rescue. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and quick service. Thank you!
Horrible customer service! Called and spoke with the lady on night shift with the dreads about a seal that another store called and confirmed that they had . I pulled up and there was still customers in the store they was helping and she refused to sell the seal to a commercial account when the part was already supposed to be pulled ! Absolutely ridiculous and not the first time something of this nature has happened, so much for customer satisfaction let alone commercial accounts !
