Jonathan was incredibly helpful with a battery issue.
Well...my last visit went well and I received excellent service from a very helpful shift manager. Several of my previous visits were not as pleasant. I am going to be a bit tough in my review of this store. I used to be a closing manager there. If I were to guess about the improvements that I observed. I recommend you choose a different AutoZone. The employees here seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful, even more than AutoZone employees usually do.
Th people working here are so amazing and patient- Patrick made sure I got what I needed for the car and took care of me and his team was so helpful
Art and Kai were so AMAZING. I had SOOOOO many problems and they were so patient with me and caring and really went above and beyond to help resolve all of the issues I was having while still maintaining professionalism. They helped make a REALLY stressful 3 hrs of continuous car problems bearable. Thank you guys!
