I went in yesterday (8/19) to get a few items that I needed for 2 separate vehicles. I kept getting confused on which parts I needed for each car and the gentleman there (I believe his name was Patrick Floyd, forgive me if I’m wrong) was VERY patient with me and actually provided me with more help than I’ve ever gotten at any auto store. He was able to look up each part that I was looking for and provided me with options for each part. Super helpful staff. Helped me replace my alternator and were absolutely friendly and kind to me
I was having a bad day, with my battery dying on me twice, so I found the closest auto parts store opened and drove down. Immediately, Patrick was so kind and welcoming. He was willing to take his time explaining what he was doing and why. He changed my battery, with the help of two other friendly associates, and I was on my way! Turned my day around, I’m so grateful to have worked with Patrick and his associates!
Replaced my Jetta’s battery when no one else would. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Patrick L and team!
