I called ahead to get some R134a with our certificate. There was issues regarding our commercial account being locked to the store on Nobb hill and only Nobb hill store could add our certificate.. The First street store manager (Damien) who was at home after a long day of work literally drove back down to help at 8pm at night, even the district manager answered the phone to help as well. I needed a radiator for my wifes 2018 VW bug, as soon as I said that the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes. Im not sure if herd the year or not but he acted like I was messing with him and I wasn't, so I left. I my neighbor explained to me that the older VW bugs didn't have radiators because they were air cooled and people will mess the the clerks by asking for 1,now I know and I returned, he wasn't there but I got 1 ordered and I installed it. Works perfectly.
