Why would you ever go anywhere else? I always get incredibly fabulous service and accurate diagnostics at AutoZone. They never tried to Gaslight or oversell. My dead battery was one of theirs, and they changed it out in a jiffy with a smile. John Ackors and his co-worker, Victor, saved the day!
John helped me verify what my car problem was, I ended up buying an alternator and will have my husband install it. To him I was just another customer, but to me he was a helping hand. Thanks John 🙏🏻
The manager Jerry Sramek assisted me with a battery change. He helped me out at the front desk and it came out and then installed the battery for me. He did a wonderful job and an outstanding customer service.!!
