Went to buy some brakes and rotors and was told they would get there the same day at 4pm. I went in the next day to pick up the items as was made to wait 35 mins just to be told they never transferred the items to the location. In the managers words “I can either drive to Tacoma to pick them up or wait till the next day”. Customers car is now 2 days late. Thanks.
The manager raul was super helpful and got me the parts I needed to the the project back on the road in no time and was very knowledgeable in the aspect of helping and knowing what brands were good and not for the 90s boxx
