Was very happy that we decided to go to this Autozone. Just found out about the loaner tool program and literally saved hundreds of dollars on tools that would have been one-time use. Blair Christensen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and overall a joy! Best interaction I've ever had at an auto store; she gave great advice and information on what I needed to complete a couple diy repairs.

Nice employees, but....I bought spark plugs at the Lacey store. To get the best discount or points or something like that, he talked me into 2 sales of 4 spark plugs. They ended up being the wrong ones. I went to Tumwater to return them, but I only brought one receipt. They only would do the return of the receipt. They said I have to take the others back to Lacey where I bought them. I asked if she could look up the purchase by phone number or card. She said no, she can't see purchases from other stores.
