I ordered a part through the store. When the part arrived they called me to come pick it up ( I live 20 miles away). I got to the store and they could not find the part, so they sent me home. They called an hour after I had driven back home and said they found it. I drove all the way back in to pick it up. Gas is expensive and my time and money was waisted. This is poor management.
appreciate how kind and helpful the manager in finding the right replacement bulb for my headlight and placing them for me on a very cold day. top notch!!
Went in for a warrantied battery exchange, expected to get a prorated allowance. Was pleasantly surprised when I was even-swapped on defective truck battery.
