I had to file a claim with their corporate headquarters! Lost my oil cap when doing an oil change. Couldn't find it anywhere! It became an embarrassing verbal argument which was incalled for bybthe mabager. He couldnt understand my concer! That right there spoke loudly to me but he just didnt get it. I apologized on ky way out to do the right thing. I was so upset that he acted that way and made me so angry that I flew off the handle. Thats not me! Women still get treated horribly by certain men! Very sad!! Enough said!!!

Amber is amazing! Great customer service! I came in stressed out because I needed help figuring out how to fix a rearview mirror that fell off. She patiently stood there and walked me through fixing my issue. 5+ for Amber‘s customer service! Holly rocks, too!!
I caught a flat while I was doing deliveries and pulled into this location. The employees wouldn't let me use their lot to replace the tire with my spare so I had to ruin the tire by driving on a flat to les Schwab a mile away. Not to mention the guy talking to me about moving the car also kept asking me to buy something I *already own*(I mentioned this) because "it's useful for these situations" The whole time he was pestering me I was ON THE PHONE WITH MY WORK.
