I'm not impressed. I was working on a family members car that had a pretty bad misfire and it was keeping her from going to work. I decided to replace the battery, plugs, wires and the ignition coil. The brand new ignition coil made the car misfire worse than the bad OEM coil. I wasted an afternoon installing the parts and troubleshooting a defective new part. For a $120 ignition coil, you'd think it would work but apparently that's not the case with duralast parts. I returned the coil and bought one from a competitor. The c... read more
The customer service from James we received tonight was the best portrayal of going above and beyond to provide 5 star satisfaction. My husband and I had ran out of gas and walked up right at closing, the computer systems had already been closed for the night. Bummer… however, while regrouping and figuring out where to get a gas can James approached us and offered us a helping hand and without his help tonight we would still be stranded. So once again James, thank you so much. This autozone just received customers for life.
