John and team are super helpful and go out of their way to assist their customers. Such great service!
A return was processed as a purchase and i lost 24$ and the store manager Sherry isnt helpful and told me to contact customerservice. A woman working that day wasnt in her zone. Customer service isnt helpful either. I raised a complaint with Regional office. Its never about money I didnt like how Sherry talked to me. I could be wrong but a store employee shouldnt be thinking the customers are dumb and speak condesendingly. If i made a purchase in store, Store should be helping me not the customer service. A few days ago I went to Auto Zone and I had the good fortune to have Amber take care of me. She listened to my complaint and took care of everything. I purchased a 3 year car battery one year ago and all of a sudden my car battery wasn't charging. Amber is a very capable person. She solved my problem, changed out batteries and treated me with respect and professionalism. She even answered questions I had about other things with my car.
