Went there to have my alternator tested and they did not know how to use the handheld had to show them and then they do not know how to read it and said they can’t hook to the computer to see what is wrong. If you do not know how to use the machines or know what you are doing at an auto parts store please do not work there.
Good store. Staff was active during my visit
I had bought a Bosch windshield wiper but found it wouldn't work with my Crosstrek without an adapter. When I returned to AutoZone a few days later, BECKA said I could exchange it, even if packaging opened, and she proceeded to find the right replacement. She patiently went through three different options until she found the right one for me. THAT'S customer service and how you retain customers. Thanks again, Becka.
