Great service
I’m very disappointed with my experience at AutoZone this morning. There were two employees when I went in. I came in because my dashboard was showing a warning that my stop/start system was unavailable. After doing research on my vehicle, I knew the auxiliary battery is connected to that system, so I specifically asked for both batteries to be checked. The employee who helped me only checked the main battery and insisted my car did not have an auxiliary battery. He even compared my vehicle to his sister’s completely differe... read more
