I get intimidated walking into auto parts stores. I picked AutoZone today because they have women on their staff and that made me feel welcome since I'm new to understanding my truck and how to fix it. The store manager was a rockstar helping me figure out my trailer lights fuse. The store will be my go-to from here on out. What a great experience!
Came in for help. I got what I needed, but employee Tierra’s (hope I spelled that right) customer service is honestly what keeps customers like myself coming back. Been in this town a long time and this is the first time I’ve felt led to jump on and give a review. She deserves credit.
They tryed to sell me a window motor, regulator and assemble. With no motor or regulator and then try to making me look like I was stupid and that's what I was supposed to order and then the manager got it and said that exactly what happened didn't happen and the lady tried telling me six times I didn't have a regulator yesterday she claims which she did not and then the manager looked at it and I said it doesn't even have a motor on it and even if what she said is true there's no motor on it.
