I had the most amazing experience thanks to Ian! He went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. Not only was he super knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely friendly, patient, and kind. In a world where good customer service is rare, Ian made my day feel easy, positive, and even a little magical. He’s a gem as well as his co-worker (I didn’t get his name)
Sold me dead bulbs on 3 separate occasions and would not replace or refund them since the packaging was opened, but how is it my fault you all fulfilled my pickup orders with dead bulbs? I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
This has become my go to shop. All the stuff so far are experienced enough to easily direct me to what i need. I am not properly trained in automotive(back yard mechanic, no classes) and they are good at helping me find the right terms, and have good communcation. They still Have a wide variety of parts available despite not being that big of a shop, and if I do need to order something, it usually takes no time to get in. I have been using this autozone since I moved back to the burg a good bit ago.
I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone thanks to one of their employees, ian. From the moment I walked in, ian was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a car battery issue, and not only did ian help me find the right replacement, but he also took the time to explain the differences between the options available.
