Had to get my battery replaced. Billy was very kind and helpful and made the whole process a quick and smooth one.
Changed the battery in my key fob for me, no hassles at all!
Terrible customer service at this location. Visited on July 20 at 4:45 PM and found employees just hanging out outside. When I tried to check out and asked to validate my military discount, the cashier completely brushed me off, didn't care at all, and just told me to press the finish button and pay. As a veteran, it is incredibly disrespectful to have an advertised discount ignored because staff are too lazy to do their jobs. Management seriously needs to retrain this shift on basic customer service and respect.
Super SUPER nice kid helped my husband and I today I didn’t get his name but he had nice braids and he’s young, just started working there a few months ago. WICKED NICE KID!
It was an honor to be assisted by Wernher. He was patient, kind and friendly. The staff were all helpful and kind but Wernher was a true blessing!! 5stars
