Very helpful and fast.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband paid over 300$ for an alternator and we decided to have a mobile mechanic do the job and he got us the part cheaper. We went to return the part (that we never even opened!) and they wouldn't take it back because they said we installed it. We didn't even open the box!!! They opened it, took it out, sniffed it, and then argued with my husband. If it was used then they SOLD US a used part!!! I was beyond mad!! I will never ever ever go back to this store.
actually ridiculous the customer service i received. i'm not even the type of person to write a bad review. but if you're gonna test my battery and tell me i need a new one and then lock the doors 10 minutes early when i try to go in and buy one, just absolutely unacceptable and incredibly rude. do you even want the sale? i swear to god it was the store manager and this kid working there and i cant believe the manager approved of closing down 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE WHEN YOU JUST TOLD ME I NEED A NEW BATTERY.
