I had a disappointing experience at the store today. The manager seemed unhelpful and the service was lacking. I was looking for assistance in choosing an item for my car, but he didn’t offer any guidance or help me select options. He even went to the aisle picked an item and walked to the register without any assistance. Effective communication is crucial in customer service. I’m hoping for better assistance next time at another store or brand company.
