Last night, I went to look for a part for a 2018 Kia Rio and was attended to by Luis Ávila. This guy was rude and disrespectful; he has poor customer service, and all he’s doing is making sure that people don’t shop at this store. I stopped buying there and went to another auto parts store since Luis Ávila doesn’t care about the business at all. To the mgr you should fire Luis Avila
Worst experience ever! My car battery died because i left my lights on while I was shopping next door at dollar general. I didn't have jumper cabels so I took the battery out and took it into autozone to get charged. This was at 8pm. I explained to the worker what was going on and that I would just be outside. The person who helped me tried to sell me the most expensive parts for my car. When I go to an auto store I would expect to be helped by someone who knows something about automobiles maybe I'm wrong but I figured you were working in an auto store so you should know a little bit about automobiles
