Used to be alright. Going downhill fast. It’s almost a guarantee they will get your part wrong. They can’t even get you the correct spark plug. Go to advanced or Napa instead.
Its an Auto Zone just like the other auto zones. People here are at least knowledgeable. Well the at least the guy who helped me.

Used to be a decent place, but it’s been going down hill lately. They will order a part and it will come in wrong, or damaged. Go to return cores and you get charged the core charge instead of credited it. This particular experience I ordered a right hand side caliper. Caliper shows up in a box that was beat to hell. I pulled out a very well already installed and removed caliper. I explain to the clerk that this caliper is a left hand side caliper and the box obviously has been open. UPDATE: I bought the wrong wipers (my fault), went back in and the tech immediately replaced them with the right ones just by casually glancing at the car I parked. PAST: Very helpful! ...and attentive! They have very knowledgeable staff that greet you right when you enter to ask if you have any specific needs. I did and they immediately brought me to the light bulbs I was looking for.
