Asked for a new battery and employee just pointed to the batteries and said it would be over there. No part lookup, no help. Not impressed.
My car died while I was at work. Roadside assistance came and told me it was my battery. However roadside assistance wanted to charge me $386 for a new battery and install. I called Autozone and spoke with Sean R. He told me to bring my car up there and he would take a look. Long story short I bought a new battery and Sean was kind enough to install it for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal and service. I have always trusted Autozone. Thank you Sean, you truly are amazing!
Richard was incredibly friendly and helpful when selling me new batteries for my Jeep. He was thorough in explaining steps I had no clue about despite it being close to closing. Excellent guy. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I have any new issues.
