As a first-time driver, I really appreciated how helpful and honest the AutoZone employee was. They explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me, and made the whole experience stress-free.
My husband and I went in to buy a new battery for my car. We were treated so poorly. The employee was rude and basically refused to help us. He insisted we needed a gel battery, but we told him we just wanted a regular battery. Then when we asked if it could be installed, he said he wasn't going to go out into the heat. And that they were short-handed and too busy because they were doing inventory! (Note: there were 2 customers, plus us.
