I just received the most outstanding customer service assistance from Walter today. I've been to this AutoZone for years and I've never encountered Superior customer service. He was patient, kind, professional appearance, and very very helpful. We need more people like Walter in the world today when it comes to customer service.
Had placed a cabin filter to my truck here (Kia Sorento).. The line was short. They took a little of my info and opened my order and guaranteed it'd arrive the next day at a certain time, and it was ready on time. He was so professional and perfect even though there was some pressure. We've been going to Auto Zone for over 20 years and we love them!!
Usually helpful and friendly.
Would have gave a no star but not in the options service sucks and they don't stand behind the products they sell i will stick with o'reilly's for parts they have better service
