Walter tested the battery- it was good, just wasn't tightening all the way for the connect. Then he helped with a cross threaded bolt on the battery, loaned the tool to rethread and helped get the clamp fixed to properly tighten. Kind,patient, and knowledgeable
I walked in knowing exactly what part I needed (a turn signal bulb for my sons car), searched the store for about 20 minutes trying to find it with no luck. Went up to the counter and asked the gentleman there if they had it, even provided a part number. He told me he's never heard of it and just said sorry without offering to even look it up on the computer he was standing right in front of. I walked out and ordered it off Amazon for $12
The manager at this location is super rude every time I come to drop off Recycled oil this is not the first time..I did not catch the name of this man, but he’s the older bald gentleman. Hispanic male. On the autozone website it says I can return up to 5 gallons of used oil per day. I had 3 gallons total and this gentleman made it a big Deal. It’s always at this location, and when there’s individual is at the location. 6-20-2026 @7:30 pm
I don't think AutoZone is the AutoZone of old that I remember. It seemed like you could find anything at AutoZone in the old days and now they're extremely limited. I look for something real simple like a clear coat UV resistant paint spray type. Oh I don't manufacturers put that up front on their labels in. Easy to read text size. The staff there at AutoZone was really good. I'm just disappointed in their availability of product.
