One of the worst auto zones I have been to. They hire people who don’t know anything about cars-trucks-bikes the managers are the best part. how are you a manager and don’t know when your parts are gonna be there I live a hour away they told me 10 am I’m here at 10am the manager says they don’t get parts till 3 pm then why tell me that yesterday worst management worst auto zone there there just there for a check nothing more 0/10 if I can put no stars I would
First time at this location Went to sell to car batteries Worker helped me bring in the 2nd battery Quickly gave me an in store credit in a card And than replaced my windshield wipers for me on my car even though I did not buy them at this store or even in Arizona Amazing customer service I will be back Especially because I now have the in store credit
I love the whole crew at this location. They are always so nice and helpful. Juanita went oit of her way for me and helped me fix my 3rd brake light. The other girls are great as well. Mike too.
I was just passing through town and stopped at AutoZone, not expecting anything out of the ordinary—but I ended up having a genuinely meaningful experience.
